ESRA Sponsors RECSM Summer School

The European Survey Research Association (ESRA) offers two scholarships to attend the RECSM Summer Methods School 2026 that will take place from 29.09 to 17.07.2026.

Applications will be evaluated based on academic and social criteria. Preference will be given to candidates from European countries in which it is more challenging to get funding for summer schools (e.g., countries in Eastern and Southern Europe) and those who are ESRA members.

How to Apply:

To apply, please email conference@europeansurveyresearch.org, by May 14, 2026, with the subject line "Application for ESRA Scholarship – RECSM".

In your application, please include the following information: 

• Full Name & Affiliation 
• ESRA Membership Status 
• Statement of Interest – A brief explanation of why you are applying and how attending RECSM Summer School aligns with your research and professional development.
• A one-to-two-page up-to-date CV including a list of publications (if applicable).
• Commitment to Participate 

Preference will be given to colleagues from Eastern and Southern Europe or those with limited travel funding opportunities. Please note that ESRA will cover the RECSM course costs but not the travel or accommodation costs.
