ESRA board elections 2019
At the general assembly during the upcoming ESRA conference in Zagreb, the ESRA board will be partly renewed. We are looking for new board members to fill the following posts:
Prize coordinator - The prize coordinators manage the selection and presentation of ESRA's three prizes - for the Best Paper published in Survey Research Methods, the Early Career Award, and the award for Outstanding Service to Survey Research. The prize coordinators seek out nominations for the awards, coordinate the judging, and then help produce the certificates and physical mementos handed out to the winners at the conference.
Sponsorships - The key activities of the responsible for sponsorships include: contacting potential sponsors for the ESRA Conference and developing relationships with long term partners; updating/changing sponsorship packages; communicating with sponsors and local team regarding exhibition area.
Financial officer / treasurer – The financial officer oversees the finances of ESRA and manages the ESRA bank account. The treasurer is responsible for the financial planning as well as the execution of incoming and outgoing payments, and delivers a financial report to the General Assembly.
General secretary – The general secretary is responsible for organizing and minuting of meetings, as well as monitoring the ESRA information email address and when required, responding to emails or referring emails to the appropriate board member. The general secretary furthermore manages the Jiscmail mailing lists ESRANET (ESRA members list) and ESRA-Board (Executive Board Members for ESRA).

- your name and current affiliation
- a short description of your relevant experience and motivation for standing (max one page)
- an indication of the post (or posts) you are interested to stand for
Please note that the division of responsibilities over the members can be changed within the board in mutual agreement.
