Underwriting opportunities
| Reception – €6,500 |
| Get the discussion going at the conference! The reception welcomes participants to our conference and allows attendees to mingle and network with old and new friends over drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Your support will be acknowledged in the welcoming speech. Your organisation will also be able to have a stand and a banner at the reception. Banners are produced and designed by sponsors (they may include for example, QR codes, URLs, text or visual imagery). |
| Conference dinner – €7,500 |
| This is arguably the most important social event of the conference, as it is where ESRA announces its award winners. Your organisation can be part of this event by helping finance the reception, which will include welcome drinks. The name of the organisation will be mentioned in the speech, and you will be able to display one banner during the event. Banners are produced and designed by sponsors (they may include for example, QR codes, URLs, text or visual imagery). |

| Provide conference attendees with a mobile tool to navigate the conference. With the conference app, attendees can view all the courses, sessions, exhibitors, venue maps, and general information available for partnered events. This app will serve as the main conference program and will allow attendees to set up favourites to streamline their conference experience. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged on the conference app (inclusion of logos). |

| What better way to connect with colleagues than over coffee? Help keep attendees refreshed as they enjoy conversation before dashing to their next session. This is an exceptional opportunity to place your logo on signs displayed during the refreshment break. |
| Keynote speakers – €2,000 |
| Take centre stage by supporting ESRA27’s keynote speeches. Your sponsorship helps defray speaker expenses, and your logo will be displayed during the keynote session. |
| Short courses – €1,500 |
| Create learning opportunities. ESRA27 will feature renowned experts teaching short courses on topics related to survey data collection and analysis. These short courses supplement the already robust conference experience with in-depth educational sessions on timely and innovative topics. Your sponsorship helps defray instructor expenses and provides refreshments during the short course sessions, and your logo will be placed on signs displayed outside each short course session. |

| Support for the ESRA Travel & Stay Grant – €700 |
| Underwrite the travel costs for students and early-career individuals to attend the conference. ESRA27 is planning to offer ten scholarships to cover travel to the event as well as registration. Your organisation’s name will be included in the conference program, slides, and signs as a student/young professional scholarship supporter. |
| Sponsor of the Early Career Award – €500 |
| Support early scholars by sponsoring the ESRA Early Career Award recognises the best paper presented by an early career researcher at the biennial conference. Your organisation’s name will be recognised in the conference program and awards ceremony. |
