The European Survey Research Association (hereinafter referred to in brief as ESRA) operates in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and all other statutory data protection provisions.

Your Rights as a User

You have the right, on request, to obtain access free of charge to the personal data stored about you (Article 15 GDPR).
